Purpose of the register | The register contains contact information provided by FFAA member clubs. FFAA uses the register only for communication and invoicing purposes related to its operations. |
Data content of the register | The register contains the following information

Regular sources of information | The information in the register is updated annually with a bulletin sent by e-mail to the contact persons of the member clubs. The contact person of the club primarily updates the club-specific information in the register. The contact person in the FFAA register will update the information if the information is not updated by the club. |
Transfer of information to outside parties | FFAA does not hand over the register's information to outside or third parties. |
Data transfer outside the EU or EEA | The data in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA |
Principles of registry protection | The information in the register is password-protected in a service limited to the use of the FFAA board. A FFAA board member and his deputy have been appointed to maintain the register. Other members do not have the right to process information without a separate decision made by the FFAA board meeting. Information is stored and processed strictly confidentially. It is possible to print out the register for, for example, when used for FFAA's accounting purposes or financial statements. |
Deleting data from the registry | The information of contact persons related to FFAA's member clubs is deleted when the club announces a new person to replace them or resigns from FFAA by notifying the resignation in writing. Personal data in the register will be deleted upon request within 7 business days. Requests for data deletion must be made by email to ffaa.hallitus@gmail.com |

Purpose of the register | FFAA maintains and monitors the register when the competition is under FFAA's responsibility. Participant information of such a competition is managed as required by Finnish and EU laws and regulations. The information is kept for the necessary time for organizing the competition and communicating with the participant(s). FFAA can use information from the competition register for participant registration, bow inspection, results services, award ceremonies, organizing events related to the competition, informing about the competition and invoicing fees. FFAA publishes the results of the participants in the competition on the FFAA website. In addition, FFAA updates the results of Finnish, European and world record holders in the record list, which is published on FFAA's website. FFAA can use an application and data management produced by a third party to manage the competition register. The third party then acts as a subcontractor for FFAA. The subcontractor does not have the right to use the information collected with the application for the competition. |

About the World Bowhunter Championships 2023 privacy policy
The FFAA is the organizer of the World Bowhunter Championships 2023 and the International Field Archery Association, IFAA is the competition sanctioner (hereafter ‘the hosts’).
The hosts have the right to use the material accumulated during the preparation and implementation of the competition as described below. By registering for the competition, the participant accepts that
- during the competition and at the events, meetings and competition area organized in connection with it photos, videos, recordings, etc. may be taken of them
- the hosts can publish the material obtained in this way on the websites and social media channels used by the hosts, and possibly on monitors that are visible to the public during the event.
- the hosts can use the material in press releases and articles as well as in marketing for five years from the end of the competition
- the hosts can use a third party to produce the material, but they do not have the right to use the material
- the hosts have the right to use the information obtained during registration for statistics or making competition related forecasts. The information used here cannot be connected in an identifiable way to individual persons. The information is processed anonymously.
- the hosts publish a summary of the shooting results of the participants on their website as they wish.
Terms of the WBHC 2023 SHOP Additional services and accessories
Suomen Maastojousampujan Liitto ry, FFAA is responsible for the WBHC 2023 SHOP. It undertakes to handle orders placed in the store and related deliveries confidentially. If you have any questions about your order, please send an email to WBHC2023@gmail.com. Add WBHC 2023 Shop/issue as the subject of your email.
Additional services
Kutila Oy is responsible for providing transportation services, and Vakuutus Pohjola Oy is responsible for insurance. The banquet arrangements are handled by the WBHC 2023 project.
Transportation services and banquet tickets are intended for WBHC 2023 competitors and their relatives and those belonging to the WBHC 2023 project. The WBHC 2023 insurance is intended for competitors who have indicated at the time of registration that they do not have a valid accident and liability insurance. FFAA's contact person forwards the information of the insured to the insurance company when the order has been paid.
The responsible of the order (contact person) can buy transportation, banquet tickets and insurance for several people at the same time. She/he writes the names of the users for each service. The responsible of the order receives an order confirmation in her/his e-mail and a separate e-mail invoice. The invoice payment period is two weeks. The ordered services will be valid when the related invoice has been paid. After paying the invoice, the order is binding on the payer. Each person in the order will receive via email a separate confirmation of the additional services, which the resbonsible of the order has ordered her/him.
- Print of the email acts as a bus ticket of the round-trip airport transportation (if ordered for the user).
- In this email is also the QR code. By showing it at the WBHC 2023 Competition Center, the service user can claim tickets of the banquet and the one-week transport package.
- If there are any questions about the order, email to WBHC2023@gmail.com. Add 'WBHC 2023 Shop/issue' as the subject of the email.
Accessories (e.g. jackets, t-shirts)
Kallion Kaiverrus Oy is responsible for the printing and delivery of clothing orders. The WBHC 2023 Shop for accessories uses Klarna payment methods and payment brokerage. Klarna payment methods work in all countries of the International Field Archery Association members.
The accessories are intended for the WBHC 2023 competitors and their relatives, as well as those belonging to the WBHC 2023 project. Orders for products are based on pre-orders. The advance order must be made by April 30, 2023 and it will be charged within 14 days of the order. The customer has the option to cancel the order within this time. After that, the orders go to Kallion Kaiverrus Oy and are binding on the customers.
The place of delivery of all accessories offered in the WBHC Shop is at the WBHC 2023 Competition Center, SantaSport, Rovaniemi, Finland, from June 30, 2023, to July 2, 2023.
